I would expect things to be very hard for vulnerable as that's nearly always what happens in recessions, and we've just had the biggest one in a century. It's perhaps more illustrative to compare how Britain has done against France, Germany and our peers in Europe (I don't know the answer to that btw - it's not a leading question).
