It was all looking doom and gloom but after 4 successive wins things are looking up and we are right in the mix for fourth along with Arsenal and Spurs.

Arsenal -

Home vs Man City

After 2 bad results for the gunners it doesn't come much harder than Man City who are full of confidence after their victory at Old Trafford.

Away vs Everton -

This could be a 6 pointer in the race for fourth, we are due a win against them.

Everton -

Home vs Arsenal

As I said a massive game and a must win one for the toffees if we want fourth. This could be a special day at Goodison.

Home vs Man United

David Moyes' first
game back at Goodison since leaving and we must win this. Our home games are vital.

Home vs Man City

The penultimate game of the season and Man City will be after the title so this won't be easy.

Tottenham -

Away vs Liverpool

With their home record it is unlikely that Spurs will get any sort of result and that could rule them out of the race.

All games are important at this stage of the season but they are the ones which could be pivotal to decide who makes the Champions League.

Please Everton.

City will beat Arsenal, we should beat United and I reckon Liverpool will batter Spurs.

Already crapping myself about the game with Arsenal, gonna be so important.

I think we should euphemistically call this the "battle for Champions League places".

The "Battle for fourth" just sounds wrong....:dodgy:

I think you have left the most vital game of all out.....the next one.

And I don't mean away to Fulham per se.....just whatever match happens tp be coming up next in the run in.

Though the Fulham game deserves to be there in its own right.

Blimey....if Citeh beat Arsenal on Saturday then the Fulham game is our big chance to grasp the nettle and put the matter firmly in our own hands.

But even if Arsenal were to beat Citeh, the Fulham game becomes even more vital as we need to win just to stay where we are going into the crunch fixture.

But there is still one word stuck like a magnet in my memory.

Sunderland.

If only we had those three points.

If we go into the Arsenal game three points behind, people will say a draw wont be a bad result, but it is. We have to win our next two games, we really need to beat Arsenal, seven years ago was the last time, so we are due. Come on Everton, surprise us in a good way for once.

Arsenal v Ctiy where it becomes properly on
Everton v Arsenal where it stays well and truly on
Everton v United where the last of us turn to believers
Everton v City where we remember why we fkin hate being Everton fans again.

Everton vs City where we all end up in the Mersey

Everton v City where we all discuss which brand of bleach we're going for.

Almost spot on this, edited the last one.

Our away form will decide our finishing position! Newcastle was great and we can take that confidence anywhere now. Was absoulte perfect timing.. The last away v a top 8 side.

Southampton will be equally massive, going to be hard to take points there!
Sunderland & Fulham, fighting for there lives..
Hull at the end of the season will be a nothing game for them and hopefully still mean everything to us.

There are NO easy games now

No easy games is right.

But I am not one for getting overly worried about teams "fighting for their lives".

Those teams are in that position because they are not very good.

I am delighted to be going to Fulham on Sunday rather than the improving Stoke, for example even though they are safe.

The more basement teams we play on the run in the better as far as I am concerned.

Looking at Arsenal's remaining fixtures, we're gonna need all of the help we can get.

Hopefully Citeh can batter them, but besides that game and their trip to Goodison they have an easy end to the season.

Honestly don't think they have any easy games left mate, their looking really low on confidence and have a injury list that makes our one at the turn of the year look small

Walcott (season)
Ramsey (2 weeks at least)
Koscielny (3 weeks)
Ozil (3 weeks)
Wiltshere (3 weeks)

Thats 5 of their starting 11 out for at least 3 weeks, given theirs no setbacks like Ramseys had a few times, just when their looking worn down a injury list like that i think has knocked the stuffing out of them and taken away most of their pace, any game now is really gonna be a dogfight as evidenced by Swansea on Tuesday

As we showed as well, their returning players are gonna take 2-3 games each to get back to their level before injury, think only at newcastle did Dele, Rom and Ross look back to their pre injury forms for example, and all this whilst the pressure on them by us is mounting game by game, and we all know how well Wenger and that team does pressure like
