I got an apprenticeship as a brickie when i was 18, after giving it some thought i packed it in between the job interview and the starting date as i knew i wouldn't have been cut out for it so respect for you sir. Hard, tough job that.

Too many people whinging about it. You've all been in that heat on holidays and never moaned.

It is quite different when you are going about your daily business though. People that work outdoors are unlikely to be wearing shorts and flip flops, and are also unlikely to have a cool beer at 3 in the afternoon.
