Insurance bet. Had Newcastle to win and both teams to score 4/1 and Hull to beat us to nil at 9/2.

Just after Christmas and New Year on a Tuesday night combined with current form, I'm expecting it to be close to that mark, but maybe lower.

I've just checked my block in the Street End (GT3) and almost 50% of the seats are still available. Other areas in the ground are worse.

Many of the tickets purchased are probably auto-cup scheme (like myself), although I know a few people who aren't going to use their ticket.

As the saying goes though, bums on seats (or lack) is usually a sign of how the fans are currently feeling.

I am debating whether it is worth going. I've not acted like that in... well... twenty plus odd years. I know I will go, but it's not a nice feeling.
