No matter how much I've had to drink I will always drink a good 2 pints of water before going to bed. Even last night when I left the keys in the front door!

With water on board I'll maybe feel tired the next day but no real hint of a hangover

full day of drinking yesterday but had a 12 hour sleep so feeling refreshed! Also had a big lunch, double gormet burger with fries and cheesy garlic bread. Over 2000 calories....result

I try and always remember to do this too. A hangover occurs mainly because you're so dehydrated I think.
