How do you know, you've tried it?

Thanks, will give it a try once I finished that Bushman's sauce.

I've tried Satan's [Poor language removed] in a chilli a friend made, it's absolutely ridiculous. Burns and burns and burns and burns. Half an hour after eating it my mouth was still burning like crazy. It was almost painful. Will admit I've not actually tried the Bushmans sauce but I had a quick look at the ingredients and there's not a chance it's anywhere near as hot. It's a different ball game altogether. Satan's [Poor language removed] contains 16 million scoville unit crystallized chilli extract and the main ingredient is fresh Naga chilli. Bushmans Dynamite, their hottest product, is made from habanero chillies and contains no chilli extract. For comparison, Habaneros register about 350,000 scoville units, Nagas about 1 million.

Dave's Insanity Sauce is extremely bloody hot.

Sounds very interesting.

I got spiked with that satan's [Poor language removed] at a chilli festival back in Feb this year... I'd had a few reefers and my mouth was proper dry! Didn't have any access to milk, or indeed any liquid, to help the burning! All I can say is it was mind alteringly hot. You can't see because your eyes are streaming, you can't breathe because you're hicupping every 2 seconds and your mouth is absolutely raining saliva. I staggered to the nearest pub and downed several pints of Heineken, which didn't even taste of beer anymore! Everything I drank tasted sickly sweet. It took about 4 days for my taste to return properly.

Now, I like hot food but this stuff's not enjoyable... its more of an ordeal than a meal.

The Tabasco's a staple for me. Of the chili sauces, it's the sweetest and has the best flavor. I also keep a bottle of thai "rooster sauce" for heat w/out the sweet. My most reliable 'sauce' is still lcab, though.

here's a local favorite - sorry you don't have it at the local grocer (unless you have a Safeway or Publix nearby...)

Now, I have to get hold of that [Poor language removed]. I love challenges me.

Here's some video of the guy who runs "The Chilli Foundry" website trying it:

I've found the winner:

My brother just got me some of this for my birthday. The Infinity Chilli has just taken the Naga Jolokia's crown as the world's hottest chilli and it deserves it. This stuff is lovely. Really, really fruity, as all it's made of is infinity chilli, lime juice and vinegar. It's hotter than some sauces made with chilli extract I've tried and the burn goes on for ages. Recommended, if you like it hot. Fantastic stuff.

1. Tomato
2. English Style Salad Cream (or mayo)
3. H.P
4. Barbeque
5. Mustard
6. Tartar
7. Assortment of crazy Chilli Sauces.

Thats how it rolls.

Salad Cream and Mayo aren't even similar. You may as well say French mustard and virgin's blood.

And that Infinity chilli sauce sounds outstanding. I have to get some for my quesadillas.

I put Mayonaise and a slight drop of English Mustard in my mashed spuds tonight, it was fantastic.

Gonna get my ham and sweet chili cheese butty in work tomorrow, can't wait!!!

I think your just going way overboard there.

Same ingredients. Slightly different blend. You could substitute one for the other and get away with it.
