Hang on. I can see what you mean but look at it from the point of view of women who will frequently be judged on how they look and 'up for it' they appear to be. Not something we have to contend with when looking for a job for instance. Look on Linked-in and search Talent Managers...appropriate job title. Women responsible for attracting employees have been recruited for ability....and looks. I can fully understand why so many women are angry about it. It is empathy v insinct!

It works both ways. You don’t see too many ugly blokes in boy bands for example. It’s just the way of the world.
