I think Coleman should be captain and hope he will be.
I also think doing fan-made petitions is stupid.

Anything said or done before the first league game is meaningless btw as Mirallas was given friendly match game time and I’m pretty sure Williams was given the armband in one horrific moment of another friendly and I’m delighted to see both being booted out. Maybe Coleman is already captain seeing as Jags and Baines are almost certainly not first choice team players.

Hasn’t their local mp taken a petition to Parliament about getting Ashley to support Benitez? Other than the complete misuse of parliamentary time and power, it’s embarrassing.

Tbh I don't really care. Players shouldn't need an armband to lead by example. They should have some self respect.

Very few of the squad from the last 3-4 seasons appear to possess that virtue.
