Walcott has one talent and it is to find space on the right and stretch a defence. He works space better than he works the ball.

Deulofeu can bamboozle a defender at close quarters and can create a chance out of nothing.

I don’t see a comparison at all.

My thinking is they both flatter to deceive by being quick and direct with the ball, but the vast majority of the time there is zero end product. I agree that Theo is better off the ball, though.
