Yeah everything's great. We've signed a 40 year old goalkeeper and are throwing around phantom bids on players that have no intention of joining Everton. Wouldn't be surprised if we had to make do with a couple of deadline day loan signings.

Has anyone got Drenthe's and Stracqualursi's phone numbers? Maybe we should sign Beckford on a free again. Honestly just get Moyes and Kenwright back in charge. Instead we've got a Dutch crap version of Moyes with a freakishly large head and an Iranian war criminal. At least Bill loved the club and didn't use the club as a front for his shady deals.
What's this dude doing in a positive thread? Someone left the door open?

The goal against Chelsea was a thing of beauty, with a little bit of luck as well.

Yeah - remember watching that thinking that his confidence would soar and he'll make it at Everton.

So we sold him. Practically his last touch in an Everton shirt wasn't it?

wont be long till this happens with some clowns on GOT

Plenty of time for signings.
Improve the fitness and Everton improve massively.
Better organisation at set pieces etc and Everton improve massively.
Each and every player to know exactly what his job is on the pitch for each particular game and Everton improve massively.

I don't think we're far off being a good side as it is and all of the above cost nothing.
Add a few top drawer players and the future is bright and blue.

No signings in reality yet from Ron, he needs to make a statement of intent with a big early signing or risk buying overpriced rubbish in a panic late on.

imo

So when do you reckon we'll have the title wrapped up by? I'm going for early April, which means we'll have a lot of time to prepare for the FA Cup final.

For a country that gave us that whole "keep calm and carry on" thing, you all sure do panic and have your heads fall off a lot about football transfers.
We gave up on the keep calm and stiff upper lip thing. Starting with Princess Dr's demise, our media brainwashed us to be hypersensitive, easily offended and overly emotional about all kinds of stuff. It sells papers that way.
We spend most of our time now, worried about what others think and might say.
