Going to the Briar Rose, not far from New Street for Villa, its a spoons so don't think we'l be there long, there are some decent ale houses in Birmingham

The boozers (and all round area) around Villa park is a dump.
We dont wear colours, so we should be able to get in most boozers without the bouncers getting fussy.

Went to a pub called the Barton place or Barton arms last year, good boozer and a few blues in there.

In previous years mate, I've just drank in the city centre with me mates and then get a taxi to the ground, its just easier getting ale than by the ground. I'll be in that Briar Rose but will be sure to go around and about. Were going the Sunflower Lounge after the game, ace European Ale, not far from New St.

Can someone tell me why they dont play everton tunes pre match in the winslow anymore? Im sure they use to, but ive noticed on my last few visits that it was fairly dead.

Going the Villa....and has been said , the Pubs around the ground are pretty naff....I think the Witton Arms will be open for away fans although I believe they charge £2 entrance?
I live in Marston Green , so won't have far to crawl home......
