There is no MSP investment, they have loaned us money to finish the Stadium. Onana will be sold to finish the roof.

It is convertible debt with warrants attached that will convert to new ordinary shares if certain conditions are/are not met. Moshiri hopes to refinance and clear it before it converts. MSP expect to be the only lender available, make the further loans needed to complete the stadium and wind up with a potential majority holding. I’d bet on their expectations being more accurate than Moshiri’s.
