Probably should have gone but let’s be honest would Bill leaving really have made any difference to next season? He’s literally a figurehead who is scapegoated when Thelwell, Dyche etc. are actually responsible for the product on the pitch.

He's the main factor that we are run like a 1950's corner newsagent. You can bet he is the one that says no we are not buying anyone until the last day of the window as that saves on wages - and then proceeds to buy our 6th choice for 20 million more than our 1st choice who moved to another club earlier in the window.

It’s a bit more than that, isn’t it? They are getting new shares in return, which will definitely dilute Moshiri’s degree of control, and possibly give MSP control / majority ownership?
As I understand it they are being issued with preferential shares which will earn a dividend .
They have the option at a future date to convert to ordinary voting shares which will then dilute the Moshiri ownership.
