Twente Chairman: "One minute it sorted at £8m, next it was a loan, then £2m. This was before a medical, before he'd even got on the plane."

So why did they let him get on the plane ? So why did they let the medical go ahead? So why didn't they inform the press when it was a loan, or when it was £2 million?

Well I'd imagine they thought there was a 8m deal in place so sorted the trip to liverpool and notified the press, then EFC start changing the terms, Twentes best option now is to still let Fer go and hope that they can convince EFC to stick to the original deal. Everton weren't prepared to stick to the original agreement so the player conveniently fails a fitness test. Its all a bit like a conspiracy theory, granted, the unfortunate thing is that it is, in some part, believable.

The facilities, particularly in the Upper Gladwys, are really poor. I'm sure they miss out on revenue in the Upper because it takes forever to get served at half time and they regularly run out of food.

It's not 'unusable' per se in the same way that a house with no electricity isn't 'unliveable', but it's badly out of date.

They dont miss out on any revenue. The catering has all been outsourced.
