Fairly confident this was a stupid jocular clip round the head at the dinner table. He didn’t pin him to wall and nut him and tell him he was crap at crossing.

Whether you agree or not, it’s not allowed in today’s workplace, and he will have explaining to do. But let’s not twist the very limited story and says he’s bullied a player based on ability.
