He had a good season at Derby just missing out on promotion.
One very good season at Chelsea getting them back in the champions league whilst bringing through youth during their transfer ban and reaching a cup final.
Started his last season at Chelsea very well too but had one dodgy run and they fired him because Tuchel became available who is a genuinely world class manager.

I mean my personal opinion is that Lampard is a poor manager but Sean Dyche certainly isn’t the answer and won’t be managing Everton
