Funny enough the was a 1980's Darts documentary on BBC4 last night and Eric was obviously on it a lot - I debated with my son what did he get banned off Sky commentary for?
The after googling that - looked at what he was doing now - stated to my son my he's piled the pounds on!.....
Evidently just exhibition stuff for income, and drinking heavy most nights -
Sad state of affairs - RIP Eric Bristow MBE.
He was once the best darts player and showman in that era.
