A real shame that Weller acted like a total bell when there was a chance of a reunion .
A band that were far greater than the sum of its parts.
Style council sucked hard and his solo stuff just drones on and on . Godfather of Brit pop is not a title I’d wish on my worst enemy.
This is the modern world was such a great album . The Jam’s best IMO .
Rest in peace Rick .

Grew up as a massive Jam fan, I had 2 loves in my life, Everton and The Jam. Followed both everywhere, that's all that mattered to me, actually met them at Mountford Hall as my mate was high up in the students union,,was in awe.
He was due to appear at the Philharmonic next month, gutted at the news. RIP Rick, thank you for the memories.
