My 2 abiding memories of Tom O'Connor, 1 was when he got caught with a call girl who looked like Ken Dodd! The second him singing "When you walk through a storm, hold your head up high...... and all the rain drips down your nose".

RIP Tom, never a cross word.

Just read that now. First non Welsh manager (an Englishman), took Wales to last eight of European Champs in 1976. Heard good reports bout him nd well respected. RIP.

In my 72 years ,one of the greatest comics ,brains and people I ever saw .One wish would have been to meet him but the second would have wished he lived longer .
