Update. Me and my two brothers had a conference call today with my sis-in-law taking notes.

Incredibly business like and productive. Felt like a conf call at work with the odd I love you brother thrown in.

We have started the ball rolling going forward. We are removing as much burden from my stepdad as we can. He is not coping well right now.
