Well apparently Pickford was way over priced at £30m, and Klassen and Keane etc etc...with the advent of £53m right backs, i think even given we might spend something similar on Sigurdsson then you'd have to say in the grand scheme of things, we have got something of a bargain with our guys because this transfer window is going to go ballistic, and all the other teams will be scrambling to spend their share of the sky money. This transfer window will go absolutely mental and all those saying we have over paid are going to feel so much better by the end of it, what next? 1st £70m Centre back

I think you are right, Everton broke the transfer system but luckily we got in first........

We got robbed for Lukaku.
 
Nah we didn't..i bet we will end up with more goals in the for column this year than we did with Lukaku....he and the team can only play one way when he's your striker and Man U are going to find that out very shortly to their detriment i think!

While us fools pay for Sky Sports and the rest of the world wants to pay the rights to the highest watched league in the world then it's only going to continue on it's upward spiral!

I think Mourinho is perfectly happy to play that way. It's the best chance they will have when faced with the likes of Barca, Real, City etc

He also will score tons of goals against the minnows. I know what you are saying but Lukaku is deadly and they have plenty of other players to create the goals. At least we will finally see Mata and Lukaku together which will be frightening.

It may not be beautiful football but I think Utd will win the lot next year.
 
Prices go up not down. What seems like silly money today, will be a bargain in 2 years. All that matters is can the lad play. Even if we technically overpaid for Pickford (for argument's sake), is anyone really going to care if he's Nev Jr.?
