It was pre-covid when the the so called Doctor Andrew Wakefield published his false research into the MMR vaccine. Just checked and it was 1998. That clown started all of this and of course, the likes of Trump never denied potential harm with the covid vaccine because it keeps his base voters happy and deluded. This is not a scouser problem exclusively.

"Doctor" Wakefield is an absolute disgrace, and I recommend this video which details exactly how much of a disgrace he is:

* I'm aware the thumbnail is clickbaity, it's part of the youtuber's schtick, but he's a great investigative journalist.

Wakefield still makes millions per year.
