Reidy's Bottle Of Grecian

Food fit for a king.

Round 1 Cathedral City Extra Matured Cheddar with freshly ground black pepper

Round 2 Cathedral City Extra Matured Cheddar with Colmans Hot English Mustard

Round 3 Wensleydale with freshly ground black pepper

All on White Bread toasted on 1 side, and so the cheese was bubbling like a babbling brook & cut across the corners.

TREMENDOUS.

Someone go make me some cheese on toast? I'll love you for ever.

*I think I use 'I'll love you for ever' for everything these days, damn.

Applewood smoked cheddar. Grated.
Italian Dolce cherry tomatoes. Cut across their 'equator'.
Hovis thick wholemeal.
Fresh ground black pepper.
Dash of Worchestershire sauce.

Toast both sides of the bread, then layer the cut toms onto them and toast them then so as to get them up to temperature. Fresh ground black pepper, grated cheese and the 'W' sauce and back under the grill.
Toasting of both sides to ensure the 'base' maintains integrity, juicy tomatos can liquidate a piece of bread (why you layer tomato between lettuce leaves in sandwiches) and the 'W' sauce ups the contrast from the cheese to the toms & pepper.
Trust me on the applewood smoked cheddar.

You got two types of cheese, the hard type and the soft type. The soft type doesn't go too well on toast, so you only got the hard type left really.

The tits, the absolute tits of snacked based food. Enhanced by a few drops of habanero.

Don't toast the second side before you add the cheese, let it roll man.

Preaching to the choir here.

And you need mozzarella for the perfect golden brown. Some cherry tomatoes, some smoked of champagne ham, on a thick slice.

Anyone else here like Bocconcini? Developed a real taste for it lately.

we have enough of our own cheeses without the need for that foreign stuff, unlike you's with your 'Tasty' and the racially controversial one.
