Garry Monk is the new Wednesday manager.I actually think that's a good appointment. He did a good job at Swansea, he did alright at Leeds, and he did a very impressive job at Birmingham City, under very difficult circumstances. He will need time though.A bit of a rebuilding job is needed, and there could be possible ffp trouble down the line.I think Danny Cowley would have been a gamble.Monk has decent premiership and championship experience imo.A former Wednesday player as well.So very much a case, of bringing on owl home!

I can sense you getting excited Corky, one of your many favourite teams getting a new manager, but don't get too carried away, 5 clubs in 5 years not a great track record.
With Utd making a half decent start in the Prem the opportunity for a quick return to a Sheff. derby and you once again putting on your spandex pants and half and half scarf seems to be slipping away, put them back in the drawer and save them for your next Kylie gig.

Still can’t believe stoke haven’t sacked their manager yet. It’s good they want to give someone time but he’s won 4 in over 30 games. Terrible record. Probably go down aswell.
