I want Silva gone but I have no faith at all that we would end up with any sort of manager that would be the level we want. There is no point getting in someone that won’t make a massive difference and end up spending two years clearing out the players he doesn’t want , sign some of the ones he does and then get sacked and we repeat the process. I have no idea what needs to be done but I know massive changes are needed

Not one premier league standard player in that Sheffield team and they're playing great.

Sacked from last 8 clubs including Greece afther they lost to the faroe islands. Genuinely one of the worst managers out there. FLuked the prem with Vardy and Pearsons team.
