On holiday in Thailand with my wife in 1987. We chartered a boat and spent a day sailing around Phang Ngh Bay. Wonderful company, great swimming/snorkeling, beautiful scenary, and great food. We wanted that day to last forever. A perfect day.

3 of the best:

Great Ocean Road trip in Australia.

The gorge of Samaria in Greece. Was on holiday in Crete with a group of 21. Was one piss take from start to finish. Still start laughing beyond control, when I see the footage of that 'survival' ten years ago.

Our weekend with the lads from the supportersclub of Fortuna, to Liverpool last season. Simply unbelievable, what a trip.

Has to be , Sept 13 , 2005 .
Last day of the Ashes series . Kennington Oval , London .
Everything . Sport , Drama , Nail - Biting Excitement , but also superb performances , and of course , History .
Had me Nephew with me . Got boss seats on OCS balcony . Superb .
Worth every one of the near 200 miles each way , and 6 o'clock start off .
A day neither of us will ever forget .
