The Best Bits of this Season

Oh I realise this too. But that's not really what I meant by this thread. Just a reminder that there were a few, and I mean a few, good bits.

Fair enough.


At the time then, the Blackpool game. 8 goals, end to end stuff, we were on top one minute then losing the next, Saha bagged four. Awesome, awesome game.

The Chelsea game was by far the best moment. I was in a pub full of Chelsea fans with my mate and we went completely mental at the end. I mean, proper mental. We were jumping around, screaming, shouting stuff like "where the f*** is Christine Bleakely now?" Probably the most mental I've been in my entire life. A combination of getting crap all game from the southern Chelsea ponces, the sheer nerves of the penalties and a lot of pent up stress/frustration from this season. I just let it alllll out. Once we'd calmed down I had the shakes for about half an hour so did the logical thing and had a couple more pints.

Only been to four games this year largely on account of my having moved darn sarf. Blessedly one of them was Chelsea (Away), FA Cup 4th Round Replay. I can pick 'em, me.

Last week against Newcastle, as it was my first ever away win since supporting Everton.
