Issue is credibility. Cameron has none, as he broke half his last manifesto straight off the bat. At least Miliband can do what he's doing now - come out, speak with at least the illusion of passion and do well off the back of it.

This thus far is somewhat justifying Cameron being a coward in regards to the debate.
