My 'ya da' opinion would be try that philosophy with a team that doesn't have an ∞ budget.

I looked into the Dutch and Ajax when i was doing my Sports Science Degree, they were years ahead of the Spanish on all this, yet for some reason it is always described as the 'Barca Way'

They’ve pretty much played top class football since the early 90’s . Guardiola took it to another level . I’ve loved watching them since the proper Ronaldo signed for them .

Still the early 90’s Milan era will always be my favourite.

He had zero budget with the B team that he won the 4th division with in 07-08 before taking over the senior team - brought along unknowns in Pedro & Busquets, directly from 4th division to Barcelona's first team
