I don’t disagree in regard to the current state of our back 4. However, isn’t it the job of a coach to improve player performance ?

Yes absolutely but sometimes you’re flogging a dead horse I mean top players don’t make top coaches but if Cole and Baines can’t get a tune or improve Mykolenko I’m not sure what else can be done.
