Having gone to bed at 8-3 I’m actually amazed to wake up and see we even made it to 100. Just so bad again.
How little faith do you have to have in yourself and your teammates to be drowning your sorrows before the game?
The wicket was certainly not easy to bat on but to be bowled out in under 30 overs is another pathetic effort. If you don't want to bat time you have no chance in test cricket against good sides
You also can't have inaccurate new ball bowling like we saw from Carse. Because you won't get easy runs like that off the Australian bowlers.

Awful wicket to be honest, fast bowling is the reason I watch and played the game, but too much assistance on offer. Not too many bad shots led to dismissals on either side.
So 4 games into the Australia tour the England bowlers are now bowling a better length.
Who would have thought playing cricket, rather than golf and drinking alcohol excessively, was a better preparation.

Right, an hour away, if aus dig in and rack up a score then the wicket has calmed and they'll amass a huge score then put the wofters in after lunch tomorrow.
