It's extraordinary that The Ashes are going to be all over before the end of July.
I remember endless summers in the sixties sitting cross-legged on the boundary and "inspecting the wicket" with me guvnor during lunch etc well into August.
Jumpers, goalposts and happy days.

That's the result of the terrible Hundred. I don't know anyone who thinks it's a good idea.

Very good from England, have deserved a couple but I think the pressure being lifted after the draw just gives the aussie batsman that release to survive. They are top players after all.
