Its difficult. The counties invest in their grounds to get them up to test standards, and whilst I bemoan the absence of both grounds, Trent Bridge and Hampshire get them next time round. Why they always use Lord's and The Oval might be worth looking at mind. Lord's I get, but Surrey are probably the wealthiest County around.
