I think England scoring nearly 400 showed it might not have been the move, if they'd been more attacking and left more gaps for England to try and score through instead of hitting lots of singles there'd be more chances for Cummins and Boland who are relentless in line and length. Felt like it was a psychological edge given to England, as well as the declaration, but I think everyone knows Australia come out on top in the mind games in the long run so I haven't read too much into that side of things to be honest.
