Dont like the new season to be honest!!

I think its just silly, because Sugar has already seen the business proposals - so he already knows which ones are best, its obvious he will keep them in till the end. Just like he did with the inventor guy last year - he just bought into his business.

It was better when they gave them a job, now the result is basically pre-determined.

But its still fun to watch - i cant believe they still make the same mistakes - GET YOUR PRICING RIGHT, basic.

My favourites were strangely enough the two people who survived in the boardroom yesterday! Hope the blonde stays a while.

That's the same with any reality show though isn't it? I mean every year on X Factor or their ilk there will be someone who looks god awful, the cameras somehow catch Cowell saying something mean about them, they belt out some show tune nicely, Cowell looks shocked, the audience erupt, cue lots of views on YouTube about how that poor ugly person stuck it to Cowell. Then funnily enough that person gets a record deal with a large ready made market for their records already created and Simon Cowell gets even richer.

Cmon people, wake up and smell the roses.

Yeah but in the apprentice all the candidates have proven themselves previously and opinions can change etc...

Well, I'd say even that's a relative thing. In the latter rounds the candidates aren't too bad, but there are some hopeless people in there to provide cannon fodder for viewers. It's the same with all reality shows, the talent guys who pick people to go on there are looking for a mix of people to ridicule and people they think can progress. The early rounds are typically to give viewers something to laugh/despair at.

One thing I don't get is how so many of them struggle with basic Maths. They all trot out the 'I'm not an accountant' excuse.

Sorry, you're asked to add up the total cost of ingredients and divide by the number of units.. then to work out a reasonable price to charge from that.

You do not need to be an accountant to do that.
