Allardyce Out
Let's find out, once and for all, GOT's favourite action movie of all time.

I've drawn up a list of 16 of the greatest action movies ever and pitted them together in a knockout format competition.

Simple really - the film that gets the most votes progresses to the next round.

MATCH TWO - UNDER SIEGE (Steven Seagal) vs. DIE HARD (Bruce Willis)

UNDER SIEGE (1992)

Everything came together at the perfect time for this movie - Steven Seagal wasn't fat, over the top, ludicrous action movie scripts where in vogue and people where perfectly willing to overlook the fact a murderous killing machine was working as a chef on a boat for some reason.

Under Siege was a monster of a movie that made over $100m during it's time at the box office. Some brilliantly graphic scenes and a stellar support cast starring Gary Busey and - memorably - Tommy Lee Jones, who just pulls off the perfect "bad guy" role here.

All on board a ship no less! Explosions, standoffs, martial arts and genuine suspense - an action movie classic.

DIE HARD (1988)

Yippie Kay-Yay! Die Hard barely needs an introduction - featuring Bruce Willis in his breakout role as an action movie star, the movie blew away audiences in the late 80's and is still a superb movie to this day.

Featuring a brilliant baddie performance from Alan Rickman with the dodgiest German-Aryan accent ever, the film has memorable moments in bucketloads. "Now I have a machine gun, ho ho ho!", "Come out to the coast, we'll get together, have a few laughs!"... the list is pretty much inexhaustible.

Quite simply put, a fantastic movie experience.

So who goes through to the next round - you decide!
