I thought it was good, nothing wrong with showing respect to an actual legend. I don't recall us ever doing this for anyone else but this was Kendall!

Shame Arouna couldn't have got a fourth goal for him as well for the ultimate symbol.

Doesn't surprise me. About the only thing @chicoazul got right in his preview was that their fans, although scruffs, are generally sound sorts. I know a couple of decent Barcodes and Smoggies in a meffpit of idiocy, but to this date I've never met a bad Mackem.

I understand people's views on this, and I do think it's a bit "Sky", but if I'd been there I would've joined in. The fact that Sunderland almost scored would've made it look daft. I also agree with the Howards Blue and White Army chant - and I did hear it when I was watching, and it brought back some memories that sadly, I realise were among the best of my miserable life! RIP Howard, and well done today Blues - on and off the pitch.
