Indeed. I find it incredibly insulting that anybody would say it is. It really gets me annoyed. Like that the tragedy was solely a Liverpool (football club thing)

This is not a segregated city. Families have blues and reds in them, we are all mates with reds im sure so we lost many many people in Hillsborough too. It was a tragedy the city felt and im sure most sane people realise that.

This is why I dont think we needed any "thanks" for standing by them, of course we would, they were scousers that died (Generally) and people who people from both red and blue sides new and loved.

Thankfully it only seems to be claimed on the internet that our fans mock Hillsborough etc, because if people were suggested it in real life I would probably end up in court at some point.

I see Aldridge is really stirring the pot on twitter, he really is a contemptable bellend of the highest order. Saying that 50% of our fans were singing those songs whilst they were saying "thanks". Plus he is pushing people to read that pile of ****e article in the Echo wrote by that Pearce as its "telling it how it was"

Why are Kopites acting like they are better than us?They have a sh!t team and we are the best team in the city.All this sh!t their at is trying to deflect attention away from the number 1 issue.United knocked them off their perch on a national level and the fact that they are no longer the best team in the city is too much for them to take.That's why there's all this hate filled bile from their fans and ********s like Aldo towards us.They never accept responsibilty for anything. Heysell.The incident where a Bulgarian got a paving slab dropped on him.The Man United player who got acid thrown into his face outside Anfield.The stoning of Alan Smiths ambulance.Their fans behaviour in ancient Greece.The abuse of Lee Carlsey's disabled son.Jamie Carragher saying in his book that he was nearly ready to order an assault on Lucas Neill in front of shoppers in a shopping centre.Their star strikers racist abuse of Patrice Evra and his biting of another player.All of this is not their fault apparently.Their always the victims it's never their fault.

Oh and while the murderers and [Phrase removed] chant is probably below the belt they use that tragedy to wind us up with that Stea Bucharest flag flying from the Kop.Offended by everything ashamed of nothing.Instead of chanting murderers etc maybe we should go for something more subtle.A flag honouring Juventus winning the 1985 european cup would be a more subtle reminder about that night.
