I will be going, but my gripe is why Everton are so low profile these days with the media.I mean the RS will put the youths out v Plymouth/Newport and who gives a damn about Cambridge/Leeds ?
We know we are low profile.
But this is surely a smack in the chops for the reigning champions is it not? Seems their very brief flirtation with the limelight is well and truly over.

spurs v villa and leeds game i didnt expect to be on tv,other 4 i did,always expected Liverpool for the simple reason if the replay was on BT live as it is,they were always going to show the winners againts them,bit stupid really that pick,maybe if pool were away yeah

my picks were the 4 i said and everton game which will no doubt be on the net as they pick about 4 games now and for me norwich v saints

Televised games are nothing to do with tgcwuality if teams/games in general and all to do with how many viewers hence United, the arsenal, and the Scum being shown.

Quite happy with their choices tbh. Means a weekend in Liverpool for me if Newport get through- Everton on the Saturday and then a trip to the dark side to cheer on my home town. ;)

Also would prefer to watch the likes of Preston v Arsenal and even Cambridge v Leeds than games like West Ham v City. Get them week in week out on Sky!

Lets take a peek at the BBC 'agenda' for Football in general and the FA Cup in particular.

1) Can we get the rs on? yes; tick

2) Can we get as many of the other 'big' teams as possible on? yes; tick

3) can we find a way not to mention or denigrate/show up Everton? yes - we ignore them; tick

4) The Cup is about giant killers and glory innit; are the rs playing a smaller team? yes;
So they 'could' lose?
It's theoretically possible, highly unlikely of course, but yes;
Could they win?
Most assuredly.
Is that a yes?
yes.
So there could be gallant underdogs then? Plumbers in goal, that sort of thing...defying the might of Klopps Anfield Giants? Yes; ticks all round then.

5) Are Everton in a potential giant killing tie? could we show them in a bad light? No; 'k em then, bitter 2@s; tick.
