Our strongest XI imo:

Howard

Hibbert - Heitinga - Distin - Baines

Gibson - Fellaini
Naismith - - - - - - - - - - - - Pienaar
Osman

Jelavic

What it will actually be:

Howard

Hibbert - Heitinga - Distin - Baines

Neville - Gibson
Osman - - - - - - - - - - - - Pienaar
Fellaini

Jelavic

Any of these are possible, bar the one with Rodwell and then Barks as a sub. I don't think moyes trusts either of them enough, i don't yet. But i think if osman is left out its nuts, he is one of our best players from last season IMO, seems to always be in there, scoring or setting up. Mebe thats just me.

Anyone who thinks Neville will not play centre mid clearly enjoys a nice crack sandwich washed down with glue.

i doubt moyes will play naismith, the way he was talking about him today, seems to indicate he doesnt feel he's ready yet. can hardly blame him for taking it easy but if he scores against malaga, i'll be hoping he gets at leats half an hour from the bench, especially if we're losing, guessing it will be more near 3 minutes

Right will be Hibbert and Osman or Neville and Coleman, depends on if Neville is in midfield.

If Gibson isn't fit it will be Neville and Heitinga in mid if Jags is fit, if not it will be Neville and Rodwell with Heitinga in defence with Distin.

This sentence has actually made me want to self harm.

Sorry bout that mate.

But i do reckon that what line up he goes with depends on certain players being fit, then other players picked depending on that. And being the first game of the season against United he will be Mr Cautious as much as possible.

Our search for investment is pointless - the Glazers apparently convinced people in this US share offer to put up £150 million in exchange for shares that wont give a dividend, which have no voting rights, in a Caymans-based company and which are massively overvalued (they value United as being worth £1.5 billion).

Tbh though I'm not sure he'd put Heitinga in centre mid again, we really were dire last season when he played like 6 defenders on the pitch. If gibson does turn out to be injured, then it should be a straight swap for rodwell or neville. If he's planning on playing Fellaini behind the striker then it should be both of them in centre mid.
