It's difficult to actually put out a team that you feel confident about isn't it?
So much money spent and maybe not where we needed it spending?

From now until January I'd just clog the midfield, lash all the centre midfielders we can in there. Our defence is so utterly useless they can't be trusted to defend on their own. If we aren't going to go out and attack teams with 3/4 attack minded players i'd go with a 4-4-2 diamond and stifle the life out of games.

Pickford

Kenny Holgate Jags Baines

Gueye Baningime

Vlasic Sigurdsson Sandro

Niasse

Thinks this is roughly what I'd like to see. Maybe Keane in for Jags although I think he has been woeful this season.
And I'd rotate between Beni/Gueye with Klaassen as I truly believe there is a player we just haven't seen yet. I feel like the midfield just hasn't been on his wavelength and he's been ready to play a good pass but his team mates are just a step behind him.

..I don’t think it matters, all the combinations have failed. Something is very wrong, you only had to look at the body language with Unsworth, Ferguson and Ebbrell on the bench yesterday. You only have to consider Royle coming down from the stands totally undermining Unsworths authority.

Unsworth and Ferguson apparently at odds. Royle and Walsh apparently at odds. Moshiri and Kenwright apparently at odds.

There's only one person who can cure this and that's Moshiri

Need moshiri to clean house like a maniac with a shotgun mate, if CEO, and some 'old blues' and the dof all get sacked, maybe, just maybe some of these players will start to worry about themselves because frankly they dint care about the club or fans, so make them worry about the one thing they do seem to care about.

Can see any new manager being undermined by the former blues still stinking the gaff out earning g a wage for doing naff all otherwise.

GK: Pickford
LB: Baines
CB: Keane
CB: Jags
RB: Kenny
RW: Lookman
LW: Mirallas
DM: Geuye
AM: Vlasic
ST: Niasse
ST: Sandro

Looks good but i'd probably throw in an extra centre midfielder like Davies and just play with Niasse up front. That is along the right lines though. Vlasic and Lookman should be starting as they will actually carry the ball forward with pace which will put the opposition on the back foot. We never do it though. They'd rather justify the £45m spent on Sigurdsson by having him in the team, and then playing him out of position where he offers almost nothing in every single game and allows teams to exploit us down the wing and launch wave after wave of attack against our extremely fragile defence.

But FWIW, I utterly despise most of our team. But here goes anyway.

Pickford
Holgate* Jagielka Keane* Kenny
Gueye
Lookman Davies Siguurdson Sandro
Rooney

4-1-4-1.

Subs: Joel, Williams, Cuco, Benny B, Vlasic, DCL, Klassen

* if fit

And I still strongly dislike Rooney. But I feel DCL must be dropped for his diabolical perfirmance. I want one holding mid at home. Gueye has been garbage but at least he is trying unlike Morgan. I want Sandro in the team but supporting the forward off the left cause he can't hold the ball. I'm playing Lookman at home every game atm, but leaving him on the bench every away game because his away performances have been a joke. And yes, I'm playing Davies because he at least tries the right things unlike the rest of our despicable midfield.
