I’ve read a couple of articles recently by the first wave of hipster tat maniacs as they reach an age where they are able to reflect on their tattoo craze. They seem to be starting hit the age where they are regretting it. Especially girls, I always said it would go this way, can look great on nice young tight skin, not so much on bingo wings and wrinkly necks.

I was also always told make sure you can always cover them up with a shirt for funerals and job interviews. Not sure I can take someone seriously sat in meetings looking like a hipster hairdresser with tats on their hands an neck, kind of makes me think they are prone to poor judgment and making silly decisions.

Each to their own like but don’t buy the thing that they won’t regret them in later life. THEY WILL.

I gather it's now mandatory for postal operatives to have a tattoo on the back of at least one calf.
If you don't do it, or wear long trousers, your promotion prospects are zero and you'll be on the receiving end of "banter" in the canteen.
