What has Moshiri done at Arsenal?

No idea exactly, but he has been a significant shareholder, so will at the very least have seen what others did.

The thing that's concerning me a bit is the fact he'll still have ties to Arsenal - Usmanov, his business partner, now owns 30% there. I don't want decisions at Everton to be in any way influenced by what's happening at Arsenal.

I find it strange that we have been up for sale for over 10 years and now that Bill Kenwright gets ill and not able to attend matches we are suddenly knocking prospective buyers back with a pointy stick.

Unfortunately yes, especially as they have the London location and new stadium.

Hopefully he has solid plans to change the equation though...

The only absolutely certain bit of information at the moment is that Moshiri has sold all his shares in Arsenal, which weren't insignificant in value. If he is trying to buy Everton, that simple fact means a deal must have been agreed.
