I think you may find he will have first verified the story with Matt Lawton before putting it out himself.
He must be pretty convinced Lawton has genuine information to even comment on it.

You do realise Moshiri only owned 15% of arsenal, in other words it's like assuming Granchester would have the power to sack Martinez without Bill, Earle and Woods agreement.
