We have debts of over 90m.

So whilst cuddly old Bill is wanting around 120m, they also then have to pay the 90m of debt that the "BEST EVERTONIAN IN THE WORLD" has added to the Club.

It's really annoying me if the rumours are true about how much he's asking for the club as it's 3x the value than what he paid for the shares.

I thought he always said the sale wasn't about making money but was "only" about what's best for the future of Everton.

The amount of debt, 90m sounds a bit high an estimation, but it should be taken in to account in the asking price, which it sounds like the board aren't doing. Greedy gits.
