Utter gash!!

Not great really for me, he started brightly enough, but he looked a bit poor before his injury and he wasnt filling me with confidence on Saturday. £5m wasted for me.

So now im sure he will shine and be player of the season.
 
Started well. Has been piss poor lately. Wish we'd signed someone younger. Scott Dann cost 3.5 million i think. Roger Johnson cost £5m.
 
Not overly impressed but he has yet to find a partner to settle in with...............he's a bit old to say give him time so it would have to be a thumbs(n)
 

Finding his partner is one thing, but all the mistakes he made were while he was playing in his natural position, but look at how many miss kick he made and the number of time he couldn't clear the ball probably.

I know what he is like, when he play for Portsmouth and Man City, so I know what he is capable of, but so far it's a big diappointment and if he don't upped his game he would soon be down the pecking order.

Saying that, if Senderos is fit and ready I would play him along side Heitinga in the Sunderland game, think it's better to let Distin know we don't accept that kind of performance from him.
 
Just putting things into perspective Hibbo performed better in the middle than Distin IMO
 
Looks like he's yet another form player. When he's good he's great, when he's bad he's really, really bad.
 
I was terrified every time the ball came towards the left side of our defence on saturday.

I'd quite like to see Senderos and Jagielka given a go together. I'm not convinced by Heitinga in defence at all, he's had his best games in DMC unfortunately for him.

Senderos was part of a record breaking Arsenal defence was he not? Certainly has more central defensive pedigree as Heitinga considering for both club and country prior to his move to Everton he had been a right-back.

Heitinga is Centre Back for Holland i'm sure, also he's been brilliant in centre back so im not quite sure where you got this from.
Senderos + Heitinga should be given a go, although i dont really have a problem with Distin, just needs some confidence.
 
senderos was a poor aquisition in my eyes as jags should be back soon and yobo will be back next week as well so can't see him playing
 
Hit and miss, seems very similar to Yobo in that respect. Started off really well but has dropped off since.

But who knows, lots of players have struggled this season, maybe with a settled team around he'll be okay.
 
I concur, Senderos has never impressed me, but Wenger does have a shocking record where it comes to defenders. Moyes on the other hand, excells in defensive talent.

He could turn out to be quite decent, I mean clearly he will need more than the 6months hes on loan, but hopefully theres a buy in clause and Moyes gets a chance to work his magic.

Senderos main problems are in his head, its a known FACT defenders get better with age.
