When you want to give someone reputaton regarding their post (for the record, I wanted to give you "positive" rep), you click on the scales above the post and you can write a comment in.

I've already given you the max amount allowed (all positive I might add) so I have to "spread it around" before I can give you some more.

It just means I tend to agree with your posts quite a bit.

If you're curious as to the reputation you've received, click on the "Quick Links" at the top of the page and then click on the "User Control Panel" in the blue bar of the drop down menu.

Then scroll down under the "Subscribed Threads" and you should see "Latest Reputation Received"

Hope this helps. :)

Thanks, I didn't know about that.(y)

TBH, i think its got to be a cash deal, going off reports( i know i know!) we`ve offered a loan deal and city cash of around 10mil.i`d be surprised if Cheski would`nt prefer the cash. heres hoping we snatch him, SWP/Peanut on either wing would be interesting:dodgy:

i think im right in saying theres a 10 million cash bid from city and a loan with a right to buy from everton.(which implies that a figure has been agreed upon for after the loan- like pienaar)

chelsea have said its up to the player where he goes.

swp turned down the chance to go to city on loan in january so i dont think he wants to go back there.

im sure we will find out more in the next 24 hours.

Well no matter who he considers, no one will be paying the wages that he was getting at Chelsea.

So it's really down to not only who can get closest to what he was getting, but where he thinks his career can take off again.

From that standpoint, it's clear that Everton would certainly be the preferred destination over City. No disrespect to City.

Just thinking out loud here but would City get any part of a sell on clause if Chelsea sells SWP?

I imagine they would.

So say it's 20% sell on.

We bid 10M and City bids 10M. But City get 2M back on it so they can basically out bid us by 20% in my example everytime knowing they get some of it back right?

lets hope man city are nocked out the uefa cup this week, that might tip the balance in our favour if we can offer him european football. they are already 1-0 down from the home leg

Great point, well made, nice post Brian. Good to meet you.

Yeah good point. Fingers crossed ;)

If I was SWP(lets be honest we look like twins n that) I would want a fresh start. Different setup. No pressure. No expectancy. Just a good club, with a good manager and some decent players.

He gets none of that at City ;)

Ooh you've got my hopes up now.

Apparently Ian Wright has just been on TalkSport or something, saying a deal is likely to be concluded in the next 24 hours...Doesnt say which club obviously.

lets hope he wants a fresh challange then, like i said early on i`ll keep my powder dry on this one:unsure:

lets hope ian can convince the lad that at city he will just be another player, here, he will be the saviour of our summer (didn't mean that to sound all Geordie-ish), i think he is the type of player we've been crying out for, a big name and proven!

some will say he's not where we need to strengthen, we need this, we need that which is true, but we need an alternative source for assists than arteta
