All due to the front three being abysmal.

Lukaku - no movement whatsoever, combined with an at this point ridiculous refusal to bring others into play by showing for the ball.
Mirallas - selfishness, combined with not being arsed, not surprising at this point, he's massively inconsistent.
Calvert-Lewin - just massively out of his depth.

Everything breaking down just inside their half for these reasons. All stems from Lukaku though; if he did the basics right, we'd be a much better overall team.
