Played well, some really nice football by Stones and Ross, thought the two young full backs did really well and on another day it could have been 3-0....no complaints from me.......

Was always going to be a difficult game and tbf we really should have won today by 2 or maybe 3 goals. Sometimes it just doesn't happen, we look to the next game and hopefully we can produce a lengthy unbeaten (winning) record *knocks on wood*

Finally got around to watching the match on DVR-delay so have stayed away from GOT until now. SO SO SO frustrating. We played well, got many chances, but NO finish. WTF?

Galloway...great confidence.

Barkley looks back to form with the talent that has often been ascribed to him but rarely displayed him.

Stones and Jagielka, solid.

The RC to Mirallas was highly unfortunate but since when does RM sub someone in minute 89?

This is a game where I can say I wasn't disappointed with any individual performance, but certainly was frustrated with the collective outcome.

Every team has days like today, just no finish. But we know we do have players who know where the back of the net is though.... so as long as we keep that level of performance up throughout the season, the results will take care of themselves.

I am often critical of Mirallas, but I think he got sent off today for trying to do the very thing we ask of our players.

He wanted to be involved , he wanted to do something for the team, something that would make his manager notice him.

Disappointing, but no blame.

Definitely one of them games that feel alot better after a few hours. I'm happy so far with things. Something about this Everton that makes me relish these upcoming fixtures against 'big teams.
