Doreen has an extremely impressive CV, with glowing references from the likes of Sir Alan Sugar. She more than ticks all the boxes ability wise for the role and is already more than familiar with every aspect of the job.

Candidate 2. Sasha

Sasha has had no experience, has no qualifications and made nine spelling mistakes in her CV - though this could be put down to the fact that she speaks very little English.
